The good news is that you don't have to spend ours each day in the local gym to get the exercise that you need. In fact, over the past few years I have done daily exercise with the helps of my FitBit and of course, having two very young children, that keep me active daily. The truth is that exercise doesn't have to be high impact, an afternoon walk with the family in the local forest, a brisk walk around the block a few times and week or if you enjoy cycling, a half an hour cycle three times a week, will give you the exercise boost your body needs.

The first thing I will take into consideration when it comes to exercise planning is your goals and what you want to achieve. Whether you want to lose weight or tone your body, I will put a tailored exercise plan together to help you burn calories, so you can eat foods you enjoy in moderation, as long as you work off the calories to remain on track to reach your weight loss goals.

I must admit that I rely on my FitBit and I like to know how many steps I do each day. Simple changes to your lifestyle, such as taking the stairs rather than the elevator, can boost your fitness and help you shed some unwanted calories in a safe and effective way.

With my dieting plans I don't expert anyone to spend hours in the gym. I am a mother of two very young children and really don't have time to go the gym a few times a week. I work out daily though, doing general household chores and caring for my children.
